If you are wanting the NZQA qualification, please provide us with your NZQA OR NSN number. If you do not have one we need to get a copy of your ID, passport of Birth Cert for the requirements to register unit standards
About Our Training
At BMI NZ First Aid, our experienced trainers work collaboratively to deliver practical, engaging, and informative first aid training.
All training aligns with the latest New Zealand Resuscitation Council (NZRC) guidelines, meets NZQA requirements, and incorporates Mahi Haumaru Aotearoa principles to support safe, effective emergency response in Aotearoa.
Our courses are tailored to meet your specific workplace and your home risks, compliance needs, supporting organisations to meet health and safety obligations with confidence.
Participants receive expert instruction, real-world scenarios, and practical support to strengthen emergency preparedness for both workplaces and communities.
Please note: This is Day One of a two-day Advanced First Aid programme that can be offered on request.
Unit Standards 6401 and 6402 form the foundation first aid course.
These unit standards are a mandatory prerequisite for Unit Standard 6400 (Advanced First Aid)
Charli Crocker
Charli Crocker is passionate about providing quality education and has been training Waiheke’s First Responders for over 10 years.
Charli has extensive experience facilitating Health and Safety, First Aid and professional development to many sectors including industry organisations, health, schools and community groups
Charli’s teaching style caters to all learning styles and includes plenty of hands-on learning. She is an energetic, interactive teacher who makes learning fun!
She has a family connection to Waiheke and enjoys spending time on the island when she visits as a trainer.
