When Sue released her latest book 'Connected Leadership' recently, it shot straight to Number 1 on Amazon. This is a unique opportunity to work with Sue and other women leaders.

This series of four 2-hour, in-person workshops is designed for women leaders within the Waiheke community. Grounded in local context the series guides participants through a transformative four-phase process to build connection, deeper clarity, intention, and sustainable influence.

Workshop 1: Pause – Space to See Clearly

  • Focus: Slow down your internal pace to step out of daily operational chaos and reactivity. Build the calm self-awareness and psychological space required to evaluate your leadership path clearly.

Workshop 2: Contextualise – De-personalising the Barriers

  • Focus: Analyse the collective social, historical, and cultural contexts in which we lead. Learn to identify and de-personalise systemic challenges and shift from a state of reaction to strategic awareness.

Workshop 3: Connect – Defining Your Leadership Purpose

  • Focus: Honor your history, values, and origin story to define your broader contribution to life and community. Clarify your "Circles of Impact" and explicitly map out your core leadership purpose.

Workshop 4: Sustain – Strategic Impact and Professional Networks

  • Focus: Transition internal purpose into external strategy by shifting energy from operational tasks to legacy leadership. Establish long-term boundaries and construct a robust peer network to sustain your impact.
