This workshop is an introduction to the use of watercolours.
Course Details
This one day workshop is a great introduction to the use of watercolours and also a class where students who already use them, can pick up some extra tips.
If you own a watercolour set and watercolour paper please feel free to bring it to class. There will also be paints, pallets and paper provided. As part of the class we will also work from photos and natural objects. If you’d like to bring a photo of your own to work with feel free. Please bring your own lunch.
We will not be using acrylic or oil.

Tutor
Katie moved to Waiheke from the USA with her kiwi husband and has quickly become part of the local art scene painting, exhibiting and leading workshops. Her distinctive style is a seductive blend of contemporary and classical styles, which celebrate objects and scenes from the everyday.
