Using the labyrinth as a way to mark the Spring equinox, this workshop is a wonderful introduction to labyrinths for the beginner and advanced alike. An overview of what a labyrinth is and the history of the labyrinth over time will be shared. Learn how to draw a labyrinth, create a labyrinth out of seeds (desk labyrinth) and then travel down to the beach to create a labyrinth in the sand for walking. To conclude we will walk our sand labyrinth, where the invitation exists to learn and use a mindful/meditative walking practice.
