What is Open Floor Movement?
This is a special movement based group to nurture, rejuvenate and resource. Both at home and in the work place we often forget to take time to care for ourselves. Through the invigorating experience of movement, we reconnect to our “source” and in doing so rejuvenate and “re-source” ourselves. Sessions include guided inquiry, as well as time to follow your own movement/dance. At the end of our movement we sit in circle, share and integrate our experiences by talking to each other. This group provides a moment in your week to inhabit your body, mind and heart more fully, in a playful and supportive environment.
There are no steps to learn and no experience is required.
