Meditation is a tool you can draw on to feel deeply rested, enhance your sense of inner peace, expand your self-trust and connect to your authentic inner self.

In this workshop Emma will teach a variety of breathing techniques. Whether this is your first time experiencing meditation, are a beginner or advanced meditator, this course is an opportunity to explore meditation techniques that involve walking, soft and gentle movement, and guided visualisation; a chance to have a felt experience with different types of meditation and how you can encourage the body to relax and open to beauty.
