Meditation is a tool you can draw on to feel deeply rested, enhance your sense of inner peace, expand your self-trust and connect to your authentic inner self. In this one day workshop Emma will teach a variety of breathing techniques. Whether this is your first time experiencing meditation, are a beginner or advanced meditator alike, this course is an opportunity to explore meditation techniques that involve walking, soft and gentle movement, and guided visualisation; A chance to step away for the day and have a felt experience of how you feel with different types of meditation and how you can encourage the body to relax and open to beauty.

Emma Rochester (Ph.D.) has a doctorate specialising in sacred sites and fine art. A Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator, Qoya dance teacher in training, Reiki Master Teacher and Egyptian Seichem Oracle Reader she has been hosted by universities internationally from Oxford, UK to Temple University, USA. Emma has an interest in comparative religion and mythology as expressed through art and cultural artefacts. A teacher at the Findhorn Community she runs labyrinth retreats to Iona, Scotland. She draws on her knowledge of the sacred to create empowering decorative artworks called Mystic Roses.
