Hamish Forsyth is CEO and founder of OneLeap, a Harvard Business Review-featured consultancy that helps FTSE100 and Fortune 500 firms innovate and lead through entrepreneurial approaches. While not a technologist, he is a firm believer in AI’s near-term transformative potential and is currently leading OneLeap to become an “AI-first” business by mid-year. A former adviser in the UK Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, Hamish began his career in New Zealand as a diplomat and lawyer. He regularly speaks on innovation, leadership, and strategy in uncertainty, and has guest lectured at both Harvard and Cambridge universities.
