Emiliano Farias
I trained as a professional chef in Argentina and have spent the past 12 years building my cooking career in New Zealand; working in restaurants, cafés, catering events, and kitchens of all kinds, both fancy and not-so-fancy.
Over time, life changes and personal growth have shifted my path, and I’ve found that sharing knowledge in the kitchen feels more meaningful than ever. I believe I can reach more tables by helping others feel confident and capable in their own cooking.
My food philosophy is more relaxed now. I love exploring flavors and textures, and I believe food should be something we enjoy, not just something that fuels or heals us.
Chances are, you’re already cooking in some way. This course is simply about building on what you already do by adding confidence, creativity, and intention to your everyday kitchen life.
I’m new to the island and excited to share my passion with you.
